I like the book “Pride And Prejudice” very much. Jane Austen has written a good, legendary book about love, pride, prejudice and different rolls. Her way to write is classical, all though the language is a bit difficult. I think, and also believe, that her book has been a lot of people’s motto the last years. The themes in the book are timeless and just adorable.
My opinion is that the different rolls are the conflicts between people; mother- daughters, husband-wife, boy-girl, upper-class – middle-class. All of these things can be applied to our life in 2012 as well. A good and wealthy image was much more important, though. At least- that’s what is seems like when I read this in the 2012.
This book caught me. I was really fascinated when I read it and I believe I will keep the themes in my heart forever. This book is just good in every ways. The upper-class boy falls in love with the middle-class girl- who is neither the prettiest nor the most popular. But, she is kind, smart and lovely. All this values tells the world, or at least the people who have read the book, that beauty in the soul is more important than the way of looking. Who you are, and of course your personality, are what matters. I love the moral in the book “Pride And Prejudice”. I will recommend this book to almost everybody; young and old, women and men. Because I think everybody will enjoy the story and learn a lot if they allow themselves to open their hearts for the meaning of the story.

I liked the book quite well. At first thought I wouldn´t be able to finish the book, the language was difficult to understand. I honestly must say that I did not understand the first part of the book, I had to search the plot of the book on the internet. After reading many summaries and watching some clips at YouTube I finally began to understand much more.
<< Dictionary addicted>>
Without the dictionary by my side I would not have understood anything, there were to many words that I had not heard of before. I used way to much time reading and understanding a chapter, than I normally would do.
The movie was a big help, without the movie I would not have understood the plot as well as now. I red the book before I watched the movie, which I something I regret. If I had watched the move first I would have understood the book even better, but I have learned that I won’t do the same mistake next time.
- A good book!
I think that this book is very nice and learnful for someone who has a big interest for English. It is difficult, but as I said; it is a lot to learn. You have to be very patient and a very clever thing to do is read a little bit about the book.
It was a nice book, and I liked it because I kept getting surprised. The unexpected happened all the time, and the plot changed from chapter to chapter. I always wanted to know what would happen next.

The original book! |
Pride and Prejudice is one of the most popular books written by Jane Austen. The book was written around 1813. Jane Austen died 41 years old. The book consists of 64 chapters. The language can be a bit hard to understand, while the book is so old. The language has changed a bit since 1813. The story in the book was different from the standard way of behave on the start at the 1800. That is the reason that the book was so ordinary when it came.
Personally I liked the book. It was hard to separate the different characters in the beginning. It is so many character and they think, speak and behave differently. After 25 chapters I started to understand the Bennet family and all the different people they meet. A big part of the book is Elizabeth, the main-characters, live and intention. Elizabeth is the reason that I love Pride and Prejudice. Elizabeth likes to make her own decisions. She wants to live her own life.
There have been made a lot of movies about the book. BBC has made a serie about the book. BBC’s TV-series are in 6 pieces and is one of the best films I have ever seen. The film from BBC is the reason to my fascination about the book. The film makes out the persons in the book in a formidable way.
Every woman and girl will recognize themselves in Elizabeth Bennet. Pride and Prejudice are therefor, as I interpret it, a book for modern women. There are a lot of Pride and Prejudice fan clubs around the world. Pride and Prejudice is one of the 1001 books you have to read (according to the list “1001 book you have to read before you die”). If you haven’t read Pride and Prejudice already, start now!

Pride and prejudice is the ultimatum love story. It’s all about to people starting out not liking each other at all and ends up married.
I really did like pride and prejudice. The book did not have any very exciting climaxes; from the start it was pretty obvious who was going to get married with whom, because it is such a cliché. But at the same time the story was so pretty and so nice that you just got to love it.
The characters were described in such god way that it were easy to imagine who they would have been I real life. All of the little conflicts in between throughout the book did make me so curious that I just had to keep reading.
